Love it, or it's free. If the first conversations don't move you, we'll refund every cent — within 30 days of purchase, no forms and no argument.
How it works
- Email support@familybiographer.com from the address on the account within 30 days of purchase.
- Say you'd like a refund. A reason helps us improve but is not required.
- We refund the full amount to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
What happens to the recordings
If you refund, we'll offer you a copy of any recordings made before we delete them from our systems — they're your family's either way.
